Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original Polder packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
